How long until we see results?
Most clients see their first qualified leads within 14 days of launch. The first month is about learning what works in your market; from there we cut what does not and scale what does.
What is the minimum ad spend?
It depends on your market and what a new client is worth to you. We recommend a budget on the first call, based on your numbers, and we will tell you if we think ads are not the right move yet.
Are there long-term contracts?
We agree the terms before we start, in writing, so there are no surprises. Ask on the call and we will walk you through them.
Do I own the ad accounts and the data?
Yes. Ads run in accounts you own, and your leads and client data stay yours. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Do you work with my industry?
We work best with businesses that run on bookings and repeat visits: gyms, studios, med spas, salons, spas and clinics. If one new client is worth $1,000 or more to you, we should talk.
What are Keeplooped, Monocle360 and LoopHub?
Keeplooped answers, follows up and books your leads, and keeps clients coming back. Monocle360 is the platform we use to monitor and report on every client account. LoopHub is our partner member app, where local people find and book businesses like yours.
How do you report results?
A strategy call every two weeks and a report on the 1st of every month: leads, how fast they were answered, booked clients and what each one cost.
